1000 Friends is hiring a communications manager

1000 Friends of Oregon is looking for a Communications Manager to capture, transform, and amplify our complex statewide work into a variety of compelling, personal, and impactful outputs. The Communications Manager is responsible for oversight of all 1000 Friends of Oregon communications, advertising, and media.


Position: Communications Manager
Reports to: Deputy Director & Development Director (co-supervision)
Status: Permanent, exempt, 1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Primarily weekdays, some evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Compensation: Salary = $55,000 - $65,000 per year DOE
Location: Oregon (staff works remotely, with a main office in Portland)
