Devin Kesner, Associate Staff Attorney

Devin Kesner

Devin is an environmental attorney and aspiring farmer seeking to protect our wild and cultivated lands from unsustainable development. She most recently has worked as Land Use Program Manager for Rogue Advocates, a land use advocacy organization and affiliate of 1000 Friends.

She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and has previously focused on climate and energy law in Oregon. She served as a Staff Attorney with Our Children’s Trust, contributing to state and federal litigation aiming to hold government entities accountable for climate change. She then participated in the founding of the climate justice organization Breach Collective, where she discovered the power of land use law as an advocacy tool for a sustainable future. She is a graduate of Rogue Farm Corps’ farmer training program and loves spending time in the fields as much as she loves working to protect them. Devin also loves fiber arts, climbing, and wandering through Oregon's forests and mountains whenever she can.
