Board Member
Justin has more than two and a half decades of experience connecting nonprofits with the communities they serve through mission impact and organizational transformation. He brings a wealth of queer community-building experience through his former roles in LGBTQ2SIA+ organizations. He holds several nonprofit executive leadership and fundraising certifications through People’s Nonprofit Accelerator and Portland State University, which strengthens his board and nonprofit service.
As the queer son of an immigrant and having grown up overseas as well as in rural and urban areas, Justin finds joy in what brings people together. 1000 Friends of Oregon is a top priority in his life because of the opportunities express that joy through policy and in ways that enhance to quality of life for all Oregonians.
