It's official: 1000 Friends of Oregon has been named one of the 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon! The results are calculated each year by Oregon Business magazine through anonymous employee surveys that ask our staff to rate 1000 Friends across 5 features of the workplace: work environment, management and communication, mission and goals, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation. This achievement would not be possible without the honest and constructive feedback provided by our staff and the improvements made by the organization over time to respond to this critical feedback and continuously improve our workplace. The strength of our organization lies in the talent and dedication of our hard working staff; 1000 Friends of Oregon is very proud to honor that hard work by creating a great workplace for all of our staff members to thrive.
Our staff attended an awards ceremony, held by Oregon Business, on October 25th to mark this special occasion.
