Print party details
Join 1000 Friends of Oregon in inner southeast Portland on Friday, May 8 from 3-5 PM for a Together for an Affordable Portland (TAP) print party. Bring your own teal/blue/green shirts; we’ll provide the ink and the TAP stamp!
Note that the ink will take 2-3 days to cure before being ready to be worn or washed. Be prepared to transport your freshly-printed items carefully afterwards—and be ready to wear them at the Portland City Council hearing on Wednesday, May 13!
Testimony prep details
We are also gathering to prepare and workshop our testimony for the Wednesday, May 13 Portland City Council hearing regarding funding for the Bull Run Water Filtration Plant. The TAP campaign is advocating for affordability for water ratepayers (households and businesses), accountability for decision-making and for impacts on communities, and alternatives that work for water treatment.
